  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, gluten-free rolled oats, optional pre-soaked pumpkin seeds, pecans, walnuts, and coconut flakes.
  3. Add honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top layer is golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once done, sprinkle with sesame seeds and mix well.
  6. Then let it cool and store it in an airtight container in a cool place.

Cinnamon Apple Granola

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free oats, almonds, pecans, and shredded coconut.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the applesauce, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top layer is golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  6. Once done, sprinkle with ground flaxseed and mix well.
