The morning rush is a problem to make a nutrient-dense breakfast. So plan ahead and make this easy and nutritious Chia seed smoothie pudding. Made with almond milk, All-in-One Superfood plant-based protein shake powder, Greek yoghurt, and mixed berries for a protein-rich and prebiotic breakfast!

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the chia seeds, almond milk, All-in-one superfood protein shake powder, and Greek yogurt until well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4-6 hours, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like texture.
  3. Add mixed berries to a blend and puree until smooth. Store in refrigerator overnight
  4. In the morning, give the chia seed mixture a good stir to make sure everything is well combined and there are no clumps.
  5. To serve, spoon the chia seed pudding into a bowl or glass, top with the mixed berry puree, and sprinkle with additional mixed berries as desired.

Grab and go but make sure you sit and enjoy in the office later!
